SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOPS
Register for Introductory Self-Defense Saturday Jan. 4 or Jan. 11 - 12:30-2:30 pm
Minimum of 4 students needed for a class to proceed. $40.00 per person.
Children under 13 must attend with a parent or guardian.

Testing will be available from time to time. Uniforms will be required after 1 month of classes.
